Blue Pearl

- is it like a pirate park?

- *zooms out* whoa it's kinda crazy

- first thing I notice is well, there's an excess of rock formations, and not in a good way

- that's a steep coaster, I would not like to be riding that

- there's a big empty desert on the side of the map, what's that for? Maybe they ran out of time, let's dig deeper

- cute little Logan's Run sign, that's cute

- I don't think I like the gold trim on the buildings, I think I'm being picky. It feels like it should like a raiders of the lost ark park.. was there an info packet attached to this?

- I'm confused on what this is

- I just don't think I like it, and I don't like to be so harsh, but there's just a couple buildings and that's it

- not really anything of note in cutaway

- It's just a little too cluttered, a little too chaotic, the roller coaster is like the only feature that stands out, I'm not sure what this is supposed to be. I'm sorry

 

 

Gangland

- how the hell did they do that??

- *gasp* there was a murder! he was pushed out of the tower!

- Lou Guisto, local gangster

- oh this is fun! A murder mystery!

- Society has broken down whaaaaaaaat?

- okay so I don't think it's Stan

- *gasp* breakout! follow that criminal. He broke out of jail oh my god! He's running! He left!

- hehehe oh no! it crashed.. does that mean.. did I solve the murder? *laughing*

- what happens if I put Stan in there? 

- Cop car has crashed, oh shit

- uh oh, it was the wrong one

- *re-opens park to restart murder mystery and get cell A suspect*

- Who's Jimmy Weaver? He's looking sus

- Oh no it was the other one, I lost him

- *re-opens a third time to try again*

- so it's not Lou and it's not Stan

- oh he broke out again, aw man he got away again

- I don't think I got the murderer, but that's okay

We're back! Long time no see Mr. Walto with the dictation and Mrs. Walto with the libations LOL.

 

X-Games Alcatraz

- I forgot that I hadn't reviewed this park formally, cause it took over your life for a while

- it feels like Tony Hawk Pro Skater, I wanna play it now, do you wanna play it later?

- I like the signs (wink wink)

- I like the jump custom ride, the x-games themselves are really well done: the stands, the crowds, ESPN logos, it really feels like exactly what it is

- I like the wait to get into the building itself and the jail cells

- I really like these custom roof objects on this white building, huh so that's how they made that? The eyedropper tool is frankly 10 out of 10

- How do they get birds to sit on the perches? Y'all think you're fancy using bird custom objects for realism?

- The party boat with the naked peeps, I feel like I would be there

- This park is fun. You know me, I want my parks to be fun, places I'd like to be visiting, and this park is

- I like the rock climbing wall, how'd you make that?

- **I would like to acknowledge that I'm super biased in favor of mr. walto

 

 

NE Workbench 2021

- *sees vote score* is this park gonna be shit?

- what am I walking into?

- oh....

- uhhh.. what umm.. oh so it's a literal workbench (haha)

- okay, at first I thought this was gonna be shit, but actually it's creative

- A little coffee mug

- I like the little protractor, pencil cup, that's really cute

- okay that's cute

- it makes sense, I see what they were going for. The desk lamp is actually really well made, you have a lamp like that

- who is in this photo??

- The little chotchkies are cute

- It's definitely creative and out of the box, it might be too out of the box

- there's a lot of cute little easter eggs for sure

- Oh hey, there's a flash flood warning (big thunderstorms coming tonight)

- Overall, this park is really unique but not one of my favorites

Extraction

- extraction? extraction from what?

- what the hell is that thing? oh it's a black hole hehe

- I like that they used the custom ferris wheel to make the spinny rotatey space station thing, that's pretty cool

- huh.. so it's like 4 or 5 little discs all interconnected

- umm I like the coaster on the yellow disc, I like the gears, that was really smart

- overall it feels like a bunch of little pieces that are related but not interconnected, I'm not sure I like that

- this park feels kinda dark and cold... like space (giggles to self)

- I like the use of the short.. what's that ride called? the thingy where they drop really fast? Oh they used them as digging towers

- I like the ice skating custom ride, that's cute

- a little empty and spaced out, I like the concept, it just needed more

 

Villerouge sur Mer

 

- I try to make parks like this and they end up looking shitty so props to them

- nice church. The use of the diagonals is really cool

- it looks like a functional little city, time for cutaway view, mostly cause I want to see how they did this

- the boats are really cool, I like the use of track for the boat railing

- how did you make this? interesting, so how did you make... oh okay (talking to self)

 

*I would like to note that I used the eyedropper tool multiple times LOL*

 

- very inventive

- parks like this make me appreciate how much further I have to come, I'm over here clicking around trying to figure out how they made stuff

- I was skeptical of this building with the fashion show but it came out really good

- the cliffside is really nice, I like how varied it is

- it's kinda funny the cars drive off a cliff when they leave the park

- there's a guy painting, that's cute

- people tell me I need to work on my composition, I think this is what they're talking about

 

 

 

Riverview

 

The river is alive with the sound of blue peeps! This spooky town filled with ghosts has everything. Upon first inspection, this park is just really a fantastic display of how FUN parks in RCT can be. Everything, from the music, to the park design is a joy to explore. I first want to commend whoever made the music for this park because it is spooky, it's fun and it really transports you into a ghost River Town which I really appreciate. The skill that it takes to have a multi-pronged idea like this is huge. You have to  1) Build a realistic riverwalk town, 2) Make it abandoned and overgrown 3) Make the ghosts! Overall the use of the peeps was just so impressive to me as an element of the park because we often think of peeps as brainless and stupid which they are, but using them in that way was just so creative and fun!

 

The detail that it would take to do a broken roller coaster with ghost writing on the track with the original pieces still there it was really mind-blowing and I love how you can see the original town, games and rides along with the overgrowth...itt makes it feel alive! I really like the use of track pieces to make a custom carousel, I wish I was that creative with my own parks! Like I always say I love parks that feel fun (and that I would want to visit myself) and with Riverview, it just has me wanting to come back and keep looking for the little details. Overall it's a fantastic park.

 

Cosmic Infection

 

• I don't even really know what I'm thinking what I see this park because it feels like a lot and it feels very chaotic 

• Where_walto suggested that I do bullet points instead of trying to do academic writing on RollerCoaster Tycoon which I think is really funny so the community will have to let me know which were about they prefer lol

• So I kind of like these of the roller coaster there's a lot of projects interaction which I appreciate 

• I like the custom Ferris Wheel rides to stimulate energy and lightning? So it's a portal 

• I think of the grass elements like to give it that artificial-like... company feel that feels funny to me

• Like a little lightning thing up at the top. I wonder how they did that? 

• Upon further inspection it looks like some sort of generator type thing with a lot of custom objects which is really neat I wish I could build things like that. Oh, it’s a reactor core

• I also like how they use the curved paths that seems like it would be hard to do and using the tracks to outline it is very creative so kudos to you for that!
