Thats kinda spooky timing. Yeah the plan is to build an Acadian themed park around it, that's always been my favorite national park growing up.

Beautiful!  The tidy little front yards are excellent and with the bridge and waterfront is definitely hitting the Kennebunkport atmosphere.  I'd like to see less brick and more slat wood, and maybe some structures on pilings to round out the feel.
