Yes ,you would make duplicates that way ,but if you remove the unrecognizable ones, then it shouldn't be a problem, only lot's of work.
I agree with you on the fact that it's annoying to have 3 or 4 of the same items with different datnames. This way the objdata folder clutters up unneccesary, wich is a shame.
I've also got a program that can eliminate duplicates. I don't know if you have all the programs available for rct2?
I may not have. What is it?
