Don't let some of our members get to you. There are only a handful of them that are annoying

WacoJaco if your only coming on here and trying to cause arguements between two sites then i would say please refrain from doing so and retreat to tpr. This is a site dedicated to the best rct work and as far as im concerned the standards are high here for a good reason because the parks on this site are top quality. And from what i have read your not able to have "constructive criticism" on tpr but on this site its promoted and hence we have high standards and the members on this site create the best work due to that fact. Seriously though stop this arguement is absolutely pointless.

Where am I trying to cause an argument? I came on here to get a hold of Dotro to let him know he was not completely in the wrong.

I went via the PM route after my first post with him, he's continued to make it a public discussion.

I know I've come across as an ass in the past over at TPR, but that's not my nature which is why I made this effort. Obviously I'm being shown it was a mistake.

I'm not having a dig here at TPR lol, I'm just merely stating how proud I am of our forum and how it works.

And you should be. That was my point.

The funny part is that even with almost no modding here, the forum seems to do just fine regulating itself.

Just wanted to point this out, as it is pretty cool. Yeah, here there isn't a large group of mods keeping tabs on stuff here. That's cool. It really depends on who runs the site, and if that's how they want in run.

TPR is the largest Theme Park Site on the net, and truthfully there are a lot of industry people that post there, if not use it to read the pulse of what enthusiasts are saying. It's that part of TPR that does require more modding. The relationships that have been built with the industry people are important for the site as a whole (how do you think Robb gets access to film all those POVs and get perks on trips?). Not to mention there's close to 35,000 registered members (and yes, not all of them are active), so the traffic is much higher than here, which requires more "policing" for lack of a better word.

Like I said, I like NE. I just wanted to let Dotro know that he was not completely in the wrong.

^ A quick serach of both your posts there are pretty good example of two guys that couldn't say a nice thing about anything.

If you're happier here, then fine. We're doing OK without both of you.
