This is massive! There's some impressive stuff in here. I think your work will benefit hugely from some variation in land tile patterns, there's a bit too much bare grass at the moment. Keep it up!
Thank you for your comment, I will keep it in mind while working on new rides.Nice update!
Thank YouI would otherwise think of this park as "meh" or "there's a bit too much going in most screens", but the fact that you show us how you build somehow justifies your style and techniques. It's very interesting and I oddly enjoy looking at all the screens like they're a story. Nice work!
Thank you, it has been my intention to create a kind of a history story so I am glad to read that it has kinda worked.Too many screens to comment.
I understandI commend you for your effort in putting 64 screens in one post. That must have taken some fucking time.
I took me 2.5 hours so, yeah, it did take some fucking time. What he says. ^
Maybe you should post less screens so people can comment more specificaly.
I understand and I would prefer smaller posts but I was falling behind and I finally had some time left, that's why I did it like this.you're improving with every update! keep up the good work and don't be afraid to rework older sections />
I am actually working on the old Tomorrowland at the moment so it keeps getting better.I really like this park a lot. I can tell you've had a lot of fun building it and I applaud you for taking the time to upload that many photos...like Trav said, must've taken forever!
One thing I noticed that I thought I would mention are these sconces - they seem a little too big for the buildings and seem a little awkward.
Keep up the great work!
Do you mean those large ones on the left? -

Thank you all for your replies.

Another new attraction for Tomorrowland this year, not a ride but an exhibition, World Showcase. Some typical buidlings from country's like China and Spaine have been build to let people believe they are in a different country.
They buildings are located between Space Mountain and the Submarine Voyage.
Before building:
1974
Some of the backstage buildings in Adventureland have been demolished to make room for the new Jungle Book Theatre.
The paramedics are still in a building in Adventureland, the fire department is now outside of the park.
The Theatre is dressed like an old temple.
1975
For the first time since the opening of the park there are no new rides this year. Space Mountain however has had a new colour scheme. The path from the exit and to the entrance has also been changed.
1976
For the first time in ten years time Frontierland gets a new ride, based on the movie The Rescuers, the ride is called The Rescuers Hot Air Balloons.
1977
We stay in Frontierland but once again there is no new ride this year, there is however a new restaurant, Chuck Wagon
1978
Horses, stuntmen, fire, these are just a few elements of the newest Disney show. A theatre has been build in Frontierland between The Rescuers Hot Air Balloons and Chuck Wagon. Legends of the Wild West is the show that will be performed two times a day. The Big Thunder Ranch Barbecue will be used a part of the decor.
1979
Not one land will get a new ride, but two. The second ride in the park that will connect multiple lands is the Skyway between Tomorrowland and Fantasyland. Two stations have been build and the ride passes It's a Small World, Autopia and some other rides.
Tomorrowland:
Fantasyland:
1980
In preparation of a large new ride in Adventureland in 1983 a new restaurant opened in Adventureland, the Blue Bayou.
1981
No new rides, no new restaurants and no new souvenir shops this year. Only preperations for a new ride next year, and an updated Doom Mine. The Doom Mine closed at the end of this season to get a make over. The parade floats are no longer stationed in a building behind Main Street, they now ride from the building behind Tomorrowland, over Main Street USA, through Tomorrowland back to the building behind Tomorrowland.
The building behind Main Street has been demolished to make room for National Treasure.
1982
After two years without any new rides, this year there are two, an updated version of the Doom Mine in Adventureland, and a search for a treasure in Main Streets newest ride; National Treasure. The new Doom Mine also comes with a small drink stand; Doom Drinks.
Like said before, next year will open a large new ride in Adventureland; Indiana Jones. The site of the ride has already been emptied. Captain Hook's Special Fish had to be closed unfortuatly.

At the start of this year, on the first of april the first rafts of ''Uru Bamba'' left the station, thanks to the succes of this ride Melaus could be one of the most populair theme park in The Netherlands in ten years time.
Some info about ''Tiki'':
Construcor: Intamin
Costs: 6.7 milion dollar
location: North-East boundry
Photographs taken prior to the opening:
In the meantime Pinfari started working on an old-timer track on the southern side of the park, ''The Square'' will be extended with a souvenirshop as well:

How the canoe pond looked a few years ago and now, after the construction of the new darkride started:
After the first trucks:
Blue is where the boats will be, black is backstage and the scenes are grey, bottom right is where the restaurant will be.
Under the floor you can now see is unother floor where the technique of the ride will be.
You can also see where the emergency exits will come;
The station will come on an other island:
Next time more about the transportation system.

The park is now seven years old and is does not only want to grow, it can actually grow.
Like prommised the ride ''Around the World'' openend this year, the ride system is unique.
While visiting the old square you enter an even older building where you deside to take a seat, not much later a huge globe is coming towards you, or are you moving? You don't have much time to think about it 'cause within the next few minutes you will visit all the continents.
A last look at ''The Rear'', Intanim has started working on the first River Rapid in Europe. The ride will be called ''Tiki'' and opens on the first of April 1983.
Construction really started:
You can see where the boats will enter and leave the backstage area and where the employees can eat:
Another huge announcement, in 1986 ''Melaus'' Will open the largest darkride in the world, more info will follow.
Unfortunatly the canoes will disapear.
1983
The first boats of ''Tiki'' left at the start of this season, with this new ride and the 1.2 millions that visited the park, ''Melaus'' believes to be in the top 3 of holland in 10 years time.
Some data from ''Tiki'':
[li]Constructor: Intamin[/li]
[li]costs: 8.5 miljoen gulden[/li]
[li]location: North-east boundry[/li]
Photo's made just before the opening:
''The Rear'' is now ''Uru Bamba'':
Pinfari started working on an old-timer track at the other side of the park, a souvenir shop will be added as well.
The first work on the new darkride:
See you next year. -

Like prommised, this year was the year of the first commercial flight to the moon, not the last new ride in Tommorowland, in just two years time Disneyland will host the ''World Showcase'' with buildings out of at least for different countries.
1972
Not a new ride for Tommorowland this year bur one for Fantasyland, next to the Alice in Wonderland area you can now experience the Aristocats adventure.
