The google translation clears some things up. It looks like this person is modelling RCT stuff in 3d. He also has 3d models of cars too.

The site appears to be loaded with RCT1/2/3 information, and there are links to other RCT sites too.

I remember this park. I've got an extremely early version of it somewhere. Can't wait to see the final version, because the screens look outstanding, and the very early version of the park looked pretty awesome too.
