I just bought a customized macbook that ended up being around $1600, but I'm not paying for it (huzzah for scholarships)
I did just pay off a $2500 bill from my trip to NYC this past June. I guess thats what I get for seeing 9 Broadway shows in 6 days. 4 of the shows were half price too... That trip came completely courtesy of my (now empty ) savings account... -

The AP Langauge test was changed this year too, to have an essay focusing on MLA documentation. Basically they gave us a document based question (DBQ) for english topics, instead of for like a history topic. I passed both AP lit and language with 4's, I agree with penquinBOB, it doesn't look to horribly bad. I'm sure with some study and prep time you'd be fine... -

Just had to throw this pic up here, taken today on my way home from a 30 mile backpacking trip.
I've got a whole bunch of other awesome ones I'll post at a later time, after I unpack... -

Might I suggest to you all the late Kurt Vonnegut in your future literary endeavors.
I would double that suggestion. Mind you, I've only read one of his books so far (Cats Cradle) but it is by far the best book I've ever read. I love the HP series too, mainly because I have grown up reading them, but they are 'asinine' () in comparision.
